The creaky wooden floors, the exposed brick, the fireplace and chairs and stacks everywhere… it’s me, reincarnated as a bookstore. But I flatter myself.
This special, warm-fuzzy place gave me brief shelter from the bachelorette partying I was supposed to be doing. I snuck out of the house early for breakfast and to walk the streets. I am so very grateful I did.
Once I was found out, I took my bounty to the register.
Parting is such sweet sorrow.
